A very common problem with piezo injectors installed on MB engines (646/642) is that they "spill" fuel. What about the calibration process? How many times have you run this process? Have the numbers changed?
 
I have already updated the injector coding and checked the compression. I also changed the oil. The engine does not breathe excessively and does not consume oil. The smoke only appeared after the car had been sitting idle for several months, so it's definitely not due to engine tuning or any other issues.
At this point, I'm leaning towards the EGR system being the culprit. When I blocked the EGR valve, the smoke completely disappeared. Once I get motivated to work on the car again, I'll make a new mount for the exhaust pressure sensor. For now, let it lie under the snow.
 
I removed the EGR valve and poured brake cleaner on it. And you know what happened? It leaked right through. Thus, the suspicions about a leak in the exhaust gas recirculation system turned out to be correct. After cleaning, I noticed that the valve was corroded.

90% of EGR valves, especially used ones, will leak. Complete sealing is not required. Some EGR valves are designed similarly to the throttle body and therefore cannot be sealed. The engine control unit takes these leaks into account if they are within acceptable limits. If you have disabled the EGR valve via software, do not connect a plug to it - this can sometimes cause the valve to open intermittently after this feature has been disabled in the original software.

I blocked the EGR and disconnected the connector, and the smoke stopped coming out.
