Check for engine oil in the wiring harness. Or strong capillary action in the cables. This could be the problem.

Check the condition of the turbine blades, and if there is damage at the ends, then you need to turn off the crankcase ventilation heating.

I had the same problem, I replaced the rail pressure regulator valve and the problem was solved.

I had a similar issue, it was the DPF that was blocked although the Xentry data was within tolerance. You could try removing the exhaust from the back of the turbo and run it to see.

How long has it been since the fuel filter was changed? Also, has the fuel been sampled and contaminants ruled out? This engine is extremely sensitive to fuel pressure issues, especially if the fuel filter has been neglected.

Or remove the B60 sensor.
Try running a smooth injector test, injector leak is positive, I had a case of injector leak and rack drop but in this case the symptoms are probably B60. Try logging the car in motion with Xentry.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I really didn't have time for the car, but I figured it all out. It turned out that due to the weakening of the chain, the torque shifted by 10 degrees. I should have checked this after replacing the chain. Now everything is fine with the car.
