Please help to fix sound problem in MB W204 C300. If possible with diagrams and videos.

Is this the original unit from the vehicle?

If yes, then one of the components of the MOST network is malfunctioning and taking everything down with it.
You’ll have to isolate which computer is bringing the MOST network down (Satellite radio, Amplifier, etc).

If no, this is not the original radio from this vehicle and was installed recently, you have to change the coding settings. This can be done with online SCN coding, or through Vediamo/DTS to let the radio know if there are MOST devices connected to the network.

MOST ring break is usually indicator of faulty module on network, on W221 almost always the amplifier goes.

Look at H40/3 in the trunk for the presence of oxides. Most likely rotted.

How to check if the device is good or faulty. I checked the head unit with doubt that the fuse may need to be replaced. But the fuse was good. How to troubleshoot?

After checking/replacing all relevant fuses, I have doubts about the NTG 4.5 firmware. Looks like it needs to be reprogrammed. The fault is displayed as a broken Ring in Position 0. Any suggestions for a fix?

In Germany this problem often occurs with the W221 and C216. It is best to check the cables going to the amplifier for breaks. If necessary, you can purchase a Chinese Android radio, I personally think that this is better, and lay the cables to the speakers yourself.

Master block A40/3 reports a break MOST ring. Check the configuration and eliminate the break by replacing the faulty component.
