Transfer case in G Class - software update VG463

Dears.
I need to update soft in older transfer case in G class. Unfortunately in Xentry there is even no option to update soft like in all others ECUs. I was trying several VG463.CBF - no luck with connection.
Even though I find the cbf I need soft and also with soft there's a problem. I also can't find any.

I think there is no update file to so old ECU.

And any firmware? I couldn't find any.
