Transfer Case in G-Class, Software Update VG463

I need to update the software in an old transfer case on a G-Class car. Unfortunately, Xentry doesn't even have the ability to update its software. I tried several VG463.CBF but no luck with connection.

I think there is no update file for such an old ECU.

Is there a firmware? I didn't find it.
