Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if it is possible to chip VAG cars using the ODIS program or maybe there is some other program for chipping VAG and which device is better for this?

ODIS will not help.
For the EDC/MED16 series, KESS (reading and writing via OBD) basically does an excellent job - not an advertisement.
For the EDC/MED17 series, it is necessary to remove the ECU and perform the procedure "on the table" (stand). In this case, you will need more expensive equipment and related software - there is a lot of it and it depends on "how much money you are willing to pay" (for the equipment).
