W211/W219 Navigation Update

Hello, I'm new to the forum, so I looked around and saw navigation updates on newer car models. What about W211/W219? Is there a place where I can download and burn the file to disk to update my navigation since I'm only interested in Germany.

Only original maps, recorded ones do not work.

You should find out the details of your navigation before you start to search discs (no matter where you do it, here or Ebay or somewhere else) - for W211 there were at least Audio 50 and Comand in parallel and there are two different generations, NTG1 and NTG 2.5 (the last one only in 2008-2009 or so).

There used to be a leaflet from MB explaining all this with colors for each set of discs, but I don't have it on hand now.

Also a backup copy of NTG 2.5 Europe from the hard drive (2014 year maps).
For backup you need to use an IDE to USB cable and Macrium Reflect software.

Is it possible to add a navigation region to my NTG 2.5 Comand without deleting the current region?
I bought the Europe and Africa region but when I install one it erases the other, the goal is to have both regions at the same time, possibly with DTS Monaco.

I burned V19 and I am using it in my Comand APS, it works great, the map is different from the 2009 version I had. I also updated the Comand to play MP3.

By "V19" do you mean 2015 maps or?
Is this the last supported Comand 2.5 map?

I just attached the software in the Navigation section. Burn the map to DVD and close the session. The COMAND update is on the CD, insert it into the COMAND unit to update. If it is already updated, nothing will happen.
