I have a 2011 Mercedes W212.005 (taxi version) with Audio 20 and Navigation 20. The analog clock on the dashboard and the time in the multimedia system show different times, and both are incorrect. However, the GPS signal is present and working correctly.

Why do I get two different (and incorrect) times, although the GPS signal is available?

The time for IC204 is normally synchronized with HU. It looks like you need the date/time setting menu in IC204.
To enable the date/time setting menu in IC204, you need to go to coding and disable HU synchronization between IC204 and HU.
After this you will be able to manually set the time in both IC204 and HU 4.5.

Thank you very much for your efforts and detailed information! Could you please clarify whether HU synchronization for IC204 needs to be disabled to enable date and time setup menu, via XENTRY or Vediamo?

Try coding time synchronization on IC204, domain variant coding.

You need to change the coding in IC204. Go to VCD_05 and change Uhrzeitsynchronisation_Time_Synchronisation to "aus".

I disabled "Uhrsynchronization" in IC204. Now I can set the time and date in the dashboard settings. The time displayed on the Audio 20 screen shows the set time, but the analog clock makes a full rotation until 2:30, then stops and subsequently displays a completely random time. What could be the reason for this behavior of an analog clock?

Is HU 4.5 not retrofitted in your car? Because after retrofit, this problem occurs very often.
