W246 clima panel upgrade

Hello to everyone. In my W246 B class I have manual clima panel and would like to update/replace it with better digital version (climatronic), picture bellow.
Is it possible that without any additional coding, wiring etc. Just to replace the current unit with better one?
Also is there any guide who to do this?

I think plug and play without retrofit some things no chance. I think Sensors and other things for automatic mode needed

Any retrofit for MB cars must change coding.

Instructions vary depending on the type of car and software you will be using.
