XENTRY 2021 AddOn Error

I have an error in the Xentry 2021 AddOn manager. When I try to download AddOns, I get an error connecting to the server. I tried running InstallerService (as administrator) but it didn't help. Any ideas, solutions?

I have tried to install Xentry 2021 and 2022 several times over the past months, but the AddOns have not been updated in either version. So I downloaded Xentry 2019.12 with built-in AddOns. If your car is older than 2019, this may help you. Additionally, Xentry 2019 is the latest version that contains a complete package of CBF, CFF and SMR files for use with Vediamo or DTS Monaco.
