XENTRY Does Not Detect That the Ignition is On

I have a Chinese clone of C4 MUX DOIP. I installed 12.2023 XENTRY.
The system works great and does its job. One of my friends has a W223 BRABUS car.
There are no problems with the car, we just ran diagnostics on it to check the certificate solution.
Unfortunately, this did not work because XENTRY did not recognize that the car's ignition was on.
As I said, on older cars everything works fine.
Does anyone know what the problem could be, can you help me?

In my car it doesn't detect it automatically either and shows a warning. At the top of my Xentry there is a check mark telling the Xentry that the ignition is on and working.

Yes, I faced the same problem, created a new key and everything was resolved.

I don't know if I understand your problem correctly, but if the problem is that it doesn't detect the car's ignition automatically, have you tried manually selecting the check I sent you in the image?

The ignition problem has been resolved, but now error C003 appears.
The car I tried on is a W223 BRABUS, shipped from America to Europe.
The patch is installed on XENTRY 12.2023, the certificate is valid until 04.2024.

XENTRY shows the following error: AUTHORIZATION FAILED.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- The server of the diagnostic certificate is not available or does not respond.
Error number: C003

What could be the problem, can anyone help?
