I ordered the Telematics disk to flash my Comand NTG HU45, however, when I go to perform the upgrade, I'm told that I don't have an online account or flash authorization, and never even get to insert the disc. Is there any way around this??? I swear to God all I want to do is update my head unit so the Bluetooth plays better with others, but nothing I do seems to work!
