XENTRY Truck Installation Problem

I have a problem with the installation of XENTRY Truck, when installing PDFNOVA and PDFCONF, but we can install it.
After installation, I open ConfigAssist, and then an error message appears, which can be seen in the image.

They told you it's not working.
Either you edited the files yourself, or it was due to an activation error.
Restore everything to the way it was, and everything will work.

I uninstalled all of this and reinstalled it, the problem went away.
