CFF and Flashware Files for ECU Flashing Please

SW Flash doesn't work for me. For some reason it doesn't have an internet connection, even with the fixed version on this server.

Can someone please provide me with the Linguatronic and Telematik CFF files, and the associated flashware files for HU45?

Files needed are as follows:
