Monaco 9 PDU Error Help Please

I just tried connecting my car to DTS Monaco 9. When trying to connect the ECU, the following error occurs: PDU_ERR_EVT_TX_ERROR: Timeout at transmit frame, sender blocked (65568).
Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

It is a J2534 Mini VCI cable.

You need to add a new and correct protocol interface to the DTS 9 vehicle communication interfaces.

I believe I have it configured correctly. It shows that it is connected to the little cable icon in the devices section. Here is a screenshot of my settings.

I don't know what the problem is, but in the picture I see that you have the same protocol repeated three times: Openport, J2534 and J. Perhaps you are choosing the wrong option. I would remove two of them. Before you delete them, write down the data in case you want to recover it.
