Replace DPF

DPF gets clogged due to various issues like bad injection, oil consumption, bad turbo, bad intake manifold seals, if you don't fix the cause of the clog, the DPF will get clogged as you said, very quickly. I have had DPFs that I cleaned and they worked very well after cleaning and fixing the cause of the clog, and the DPF reached its maximum capacity or was damaged and nothing could be done. I recommend checking all of the above before replacing.
