I have a small problem that I can't solve, after Xentry diagnostics I have customer complaints that I can't delete. I'm a little confused because I was able to delete the defects but not these complaints, the corresponding icon is grayed out.

Not that I've done it myself, but I've seen it somewhere and others say it works.
Most customer complaints relate to error messages that appear on the instrument cluster.
Using DTS Monaco, connect to the instrument cluster, go to "Diagnostic Services" and search for "clear". There will be three results that refer to three different memory buffers. Run all three of them.
After this, your customer complaints will be deleted (except for the telematic error caused by the connected diagnostic device).

Is this the instrument cluster in the attached photo? I'm new and don't want to do anything stupid.

Yes, if you did what I wrote above, then this is your instrument cluster, just like mine on my W204 C220D 2013, it is IC204.

I tried several times without success, but then I used KG (Keyless Go) manipulation and it resulted in two complaints being removed from the Xentry table. I tried MBTools program, but unfortunately it didn't work either.

Now I have another urgent request. After all these manipulations I have no sound on my Burmester and no Bluetooth! The responsibility lies with DTS Monaco, not with me. I am looking for a file to code HUE213 (UDS_CAN_D) which corresponds to the 2017 X253.

I don't know why you didn't succeed, as I said in my answer. I haven't done it myself, but others have said that they succeeded, as for the file you need, unfortunately I don't have it, I hope someone on this forum can help with that.

I found a solution, you need to use DTS Monaco and connect to HUE213 (5UDS_CAN_D) section "TGW-Parameter Write" and set external sound to premium sound, since I have a Burmester system.
For Bluetooth, go to the "Telephone Application Write" section and turn on Bluetooth.
Now my question is, how can I restore the original configuration of the car, as it was from the factory? I made a mistake by not saving the ECU parameters.

What manipulation did you apply to KG? Also tried to eliminate customer complaints, but to no avail.

Using DTS Monaco, connect to KG (Keyless Go), go to "Diagnostic Services" and search for "clear". There will be three results that refer to three different buffer memories. Run all three of them as explained by Cozmo.
This only resets the corresponding KG errors (when you leave the car with the keys in your pocket).
I was unable to reset the remaining errors.
