Hello friends, I have a small problem that I can't solve, following a Xentry diagnosis, I have customer complaints that I can't erase.
I'm a bit lost because I managed to erase the defects but not these complaints, the corresponding icon is greyed out.

Not that I have done this myself but I seen this posted somewhere else and others say its work...

Basically customer complains are the error messages that pop on the instrument cluster.

With DTS Monaco, connect to the instrument cluster, go to Diagnostic Services and search for 'clear'. There will be three results that relate to three different buffer memories. Run all three of them.

Your customer complains will be clear after this (except for the telematics error that happens because you have a diagnostic tool connected).

Yes if you have done what I posted above that is your Instrument Cluster as mine on a W204 c220d (2013) is IC204 also I find it helps to use Google Translate German to English on your phone if Android and just hover over the screen with the Camera to translate.

I tried several times but without results, but I applied the manipulation on KG (Keyless Go) and as a result it deleted two complaints from the Xentry table.
I also found this interesting program MBtools but unfortunately it also did not work.

I have another urgent request now, after all this manipulation I no longer have any sound on my BURMESTER? nor Bluetooth! DTS is the one responsible, not me. I am looking for a file to code the HUE213 (UDS_CAN_D) which corresponds to an X253 year 2017.

I don't know why it didn't work for you, as I said in the first post. I haven't done this myself but others have said it worked for them, as for the file you need, unfortunately I don't have it, hopefully someone on this forum can help with it.

It's ok I found the solution, you have to use DTS and connect to the ECU "HUE213 5UDS_CAN_D)" section TGW-Parameter Writer and put external sound on premium sound because I have the BURMESTER system.
For Bleutooth, go to the Telephone Application Write section and set Bleutooth to on.
My question now is: how to get the original configuration of my car like when it left the factory? I made the mistake of not saving the ECU parameters.

What manipulation did you apply to KG? Also tried to eliminate customer complaints, but to no avail.

This only clears the corresponding KG errors (when you leave the car with the keys in your pocket).
I was unable to clear the rest of the errors.
