XENTRY Customer Complaints

I have a small problem that I can't solve, after Xentry diagnostics I have customer complaints that I can't delete. I'm a little confused because I was able to delete the defects but not these complaints, the corresponding icon is grayed out.

Thanks, it looks like the complaints are stored in the relevant ECUs and not just in IC, I'll look into this further.

I managed to remove all customer complaints from Xentry using DTS Monaco as our friend Cozmo already explained, but after clearing the ECU you need to reset the instrument cluster.
I had 6 complaints, and now I have none.
