When retrofitting features or enabling special codings, is it possible to achieve their official recognition and authorization by Mercedes-Benz? Or am I being too optimistic? I also consider the potential impact this could have on the vehicle's warranty.

Yes, but how much will it cost?
You can ask the dealer if they add upgrades with FDOK.
Here in Istanbul they do, and later you will be able to see all your upgrades in the Datacard.
It is not cheap though.

The last time I made a request I was quoted a price of around £400 to change the VeDoc code, just for the aerokit and wheel options (and I was told this was irregular as the system was glitching so I guess it wasn't real access), given that it didn't change anything in the actual block option coding, although I did see a mention of an aerokit somewhere in the ECU blocks.

Supplement to Bi-Xenon code 614 615 618 (LED 631 632).
Additionally extend the power supply from F58 F209 15A (30) to pin 9 on the left and F203 (30) on the right. Otherwise, the parking lights and emergency lights on the headlights will not work without the ignition on.
Run a total of 5 wires to the left headlight (three for the sensor, one for power (pin 9) and CAN L), two to the right headlight (power (pin 9) and CAN L).

Is it possible to convert the original Xenon or halogen front optics to LED without errors on the instrument panel?

Here in the UK, they don't want to add codes in FDOK if they don't carry out the work.

Yes, I can do this on HLC166.

I have a 2020 W177 A180D. I'll try these codings!
I also wanted to ask if it is possible to code CarPlay? Or does it have to be done via Mercedes ME or online?

I may be wrong, but it seems to me that only an authorized dealer can activate CarPlay/Android on this car.

There are two ways to activate CarPlay and Android Auto.

1. Activating with Mercedes ME
2. Hop6uK can make changes to the head unit remotely with a special method

2.1. This method can unlock CarPlay and other features.

The beauty of this method is that in addition to CarPlay and Android Auto, it also allows you to use Baidu CarLife, navigation, lifetime free navigation updates without entering a code, AMG Track Pace, dashcam and engineering mode. I would also like to point out that there is a way to use CarPlay fullscreen without an interface (module). It works with CarLife. CarLife supports fullscreen mode, and you can use CarPlay fullscreen mode with the CarLife to CarPlay device without making any changes to the car or installing an interface.

CarLife to CarPlay device:

CarLife to Android OS device:

CarLife to HiCar (Huawei):

Could you tell me how to unlock the FCW177 module so I can code it? I know I need to do something with the EZS167, but I don't want to mess anything up.
