Just get new VCI C6 original. Connected to laptop, installed (Xentry 3/2024), connected ok.
But VCI and a car can't communicate, I get message (1.59920.1) CAL failed to read the battery voltage.
But if to choose W203 based on DAS, it shows voltage.
Is the problem in the configuration or a tool?

Yes solved.
Because of installed drivers for Vxdiag.
I uninstall drivers Vxdiag then can connect VCI c6 without any problems.
Did you manage to get this resolved? I have the same issue.

Maybe the same issue like above: Check if there is a driver from VXDIAG installed. If yes then uninstall and use the Xentry VCI Manager again.
If still not working then check the Xentry installation and check, if all patches are installed, especially the blacklist!

I had to reinstall VXDIAG software selecting the XENTRY driver option, then uninstall it.
I also updated the USB driver from device manager using the driver located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz".
Same for WLAN adapter.

Hi friends, I have fix it with a patch.
