I need a J2534 interface that supports XENTRY PassThru reasonably well, within a £20-£50 budget.
So far my search/recommendations have led me to the Tactrix Openport 2.0 interface (original price £180). However, I'm initially interested in trying out more budget alternatives.
The car is a 2009 W207 E350.

Thanks albert. This information will be useful to everyone on this forum.
Also if you could give some approximate price ranges, whether clone or original, and information on where to buy it, that would be great!

I bought a Tactrix Openport 2.0 clone on AliExpress for less than $20. Can't wait to test it once I download the software from here.

I use Autel J2534 and Pulsar, they work great, but they are not worth $20. I have had problems with Tactrix, as sometimes it has problems with some CAN modules.

I use XPT with original Openport 2.0 and also with Scanmatik 2 PRO, both are good, SM2Pro is more expensive but if you buy it you will have a good J2534 PT device for all diagnostic software, also it is one of the best J2534 chip tuning tools on the market. It is a good future investment!

The best budget option is the Chinese clone Scanmatik 2 PRO interface!

I use Scanmatik original, so far everything works great and the price is not that high!

Of course, using original tools like Scanmatik 2 PRO is the best option, but the author of the topic mentioned that he is looking for a budget solution in the £20-£50 range.

Is there any difference between Tactrix Openport and Chinese Openport? Should both have the same features when using Xentry or?
