Everything seems good but now i have low adblue pressure problem sometimes. P020E8. I though that, my adblue pumpe is a little bit old :)

Use quality Adblue fluid and additive for Adblue and keep it always at least half full or full tank to prevent pump overheating.

At best, I think you'll need to fully remove the dpf and do a full cleanout, and if you're lucky it will survive. Spraying a bit of fluid through a hole won't cut it.

I’m having a quality adblue issue, although I put Mercedes brand adblue. It looks like the adblue level sensor apart from checking the quantity, it detects also the quality of adblue. Anyone having the same issue? Thanks.

I had mine remapped out, merc adblue is notorious for problems DRS Tuning in Derby top notch, still done regens as expected.

The level sensor does not check the quality. The SCR control unit evaluates the efficiency of neutralizing nitrogen oxides using NOx sensors and if it is not sufficient, Xentry asks to check the quality of AddBlue. In addition, look at the addblue flow rate and the tightness of the system. The most common problems are NOx sensors, heating elements (tube, tank), addblue valve and leaks in the system.

I have a Mercedes C180 W205 2016 (Renault 1.6 engine, 85 kW). Automatic transmission.

I have had it since September 2024 and since then I have not been able to solve the problem with the DPF. First, the engine indicator lights up on the instrument panel, and then immediately while driving, an attempt at automatic regeneration occurs. It never finished its job even though I drove it for 50 km at over 3000 RPM. Another thing is that at this time the car accelerates very slowly and does not exceed 130 km/h. In addition, it does not shift to 7th gear, the maximum gear remains at 6th.

I took the car to a car repair shop where the guys specialized in cleaning the particulate filter and repairing turbines. After they removed it and cleaned it everything was fine. I took the car to Mercedes dealership, they did diagnostics and everything seemed fine, but after about 1000 km the auto regeneration problem came back, but this time the engine light was no longer on the dashboard. Do you have any other suggestions? From what I've read in this thread, it looks like I've tried the options you suggested.

I asked around and heard many different opinions about the consequences of a clogged DPF. One person told me that the car could catch fire (to be honest, that scared me). Is this possible?

I look forward to your suggestions. Thank you!
