W213 Ambient Light Premium Coding 877 -> 891question

Hello togehter,

I programmed the firmware of my W213 ALC213 (Ambient Light Controller) to the version 222 902 66 17 which supports the "premium" functions. Additionally I changed the coding for the NTG5.5 head unit in order to support the enhanced functions of premium ambient light.
Unfortunately I don't have the SCN coding for ALC213 with this version of the software, so my ambient light is not working properly or works only in basic mode. It also "forgets" the settings.
Does anyone have the proper coding for the premium ambient light software version 222 902 66 17?

Just for info: I managed to get the premium ambient light. I adapted the amount of LIN bus devices to proper values in the head unit (was 10 as default value) and coded there following values:

The ambient light codes 891 or 893 are a hardware issue, I don't think they can be solved using software.

I have question which software is the best for HU55. I found in SW Finder many version of firmware.
Which software is good for update?
I have Photos from DTS Monaco -Connected with my car and screenshot from SWFinder5.2 with example firmware.
What is the different with all firmware version on SWFinder5.2?

Hello, You seem to have HU55 HIGH that means it is Command Online. As far as I know they have already the possibility to code premium ambient light without flashing. I know someone with 2017 E class with HU 55 High and premium ambient. But his HW is 2139011206 with SW versions from 2017. Maybe this is the difference…

satmonster321, was there anything else required other than adjusting the one section of LIN buses and that above mentioned section for HU55?

My HU55 already supports the premium ambient lighting settings, but it's disabled from the factory. I tried flashing ALC213 w/ the above mentioned firmware version, but nothing seems to work.

Not sure if this is relevant, but I have a C238 (The Coupe version of the W213) w/ Data Code 811 (ambient lighting in the ceiling speaker as well).

Currently, it looks like the ambient lighting is potentially not remembering the settings I give it. If I set it to a solid color, it will work, but if I turn on the "Multi-color" mode, all the lights just go dark.
