Hi guys.
I made a diag of my 2014 GLA 200 with Xentry PT and Openport. After a quick test, all modules in green. My goal is get remaining fuel in cluster, but when I get into Instrument Cluster Module - Adaptations, this error appears.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Finally I did it guys and thanks to you all.
First I got the CBF info from Xentry (IC172).
Then in Vediamo, I did the codification for the fuel remaining, was very simple.
Thanks indeed and keep on helping people as you all did with me.
Regards
Offline accounts cannot perform adaptations in the first place.

Hello, first of all, thanks for your answer.
Is that only for Instrument Cluster? Because I got Air Condition modded to 7 positions instead 5 original. Regards.

It does not matter what the A/C settings are.
You probably will not be able to adapt with all control units. Try other control units. I don't think it can be connected to Daimler.
How did you change your A/C settings? Did you not change it in Monaco or Vediamo?
I suggest you change it in these and not in Xentry.

Well, as far as I remember, in the Control Units view, Air Conditioning on the left panel, KLA Module on the right view, Adaptations tab, Setup, Manual Adjustments, Client Wish, and went to 002, changed value from 5 to 7. Worked like a charm.

There are many possibilities for the shown error in your picture:

1. it appears when the control unit is not the original
2. the control unit has a power failure
3. the control unit has a general failure
4. the control unit is from a different car

I have experienced that error in my w204 when I retrofitted the HVAC from a w212 and I had it another time when the control unit of ILS was broken (I had no access to the unit any more).

It looks at least that your Xentry works all right, so there seems to be no issues in the installation.

Thanks Foton for your answer...
Points 1 and 4: I´m pretty sure everything in the car is original as belonged to a good friend and I followed car´s life.
Points 2 and 3: After a quick test everything is in green with no faults in any module. Or nothing to do with this?
Don´t know why I can access to other more "sensible" modules but this one, even after communication with it is fine is fine... the screen is when I hit "Adaptations" tab.
I´ll follow investigating. No success, then I´ll try Vediamo, but I´m not sure what is the. CBF file to load in for 2014 GLA 200.
Regards

Some functions in the XPthrue are secured with OP 2.0.(in the main only reading errors, removal, data in blocks) Adaptation and coding in certain blocks cannot be maintained. We can do it with Vediamo.

Ok thanks for your answer., I´ll go with Vediamo. Since it´s so delicate, what is the correct. CBF file to open in Vediamo for a 2014 X156 model? I have IC_204, IC172, IC197 and IC222. Regards.
